At Smith Safety Group we value our customers. Customer service is our top priority.

Due to health and safety, the following products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Face Shields
• Hand Sanitizers
• Disinfectant Wipes
• Gowns 

The following products are eligible for a 30 day refund policy, and a 1 year manufacturer warranty:

• Thermometers
• Automatic Hand Dispensers
• UV multipurpose box
